The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on ge99:

You may close your ge99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all pending KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirement is attached to the balance.
